How to make Sitafal Rabdi at home ?

Today I am going to share a special recipe for food lovers. This Sitafal Rabdi tastes best whenever you make & it will always make you win your feeder's heart...


❤️ Why does this recipe work?

As a dessert, it works for many reasons, but the major ones are

(1) Visual Presentation – Due to the addition of custard apple toppings, gives a rich, creamy texture to the traditional rabdi recipe.

(2) Combination of Taste – The combination of rich and creamy rabdi taste with the creamy sitafal extract, gives a distinct and unique flavor.

(3) Refreshing Taste – The combined sifal rabri is typically served chilled. This makes it more refreshing and satisfying.

(4) Versatility & Fusion – The produced rabri can be further extended to make it kulfi or ice cream. In addition, it can also be made as barfi or cake barfi too.


You don't need to copy any tough recipe of Sitafal Rabdi because the recipe which I am going to share is very easy.

* Servings : 8 Servings

(This recipe will serve 8 servings.  You can multiply the mesurements as per your requirement.)



🌴 Ingredients
  
• 1 sitafal
• 6 cup milk
• few kesar / saffron
• ½ cup condensed milk
• 2 tbsp nuts, chopped



🌴 Instructions


❤️ How to make Sitafal Rabdi with step-by-step photos:

(1) Firstly, take 1 sitafal and collect the pulp. make sure to remove the seeds.



(2) Now in a large kadai heat 6 cup milk and add few kesar.



(3) Stir and get the milk to a boil.



(4) When the milk comes to a boil, stick the cream to the sides of the kadai.



(5) Continue to simmer and boil until the milk reduces to half.



(6) Now add ½ cup condensed milk and mix well.



(7) Continue to boil further until the milk thickens completely. make sure to stick the cream to the sides.



(8) Now scrape all the cream from the sides and mix well. this helps to make rabdi creamy. 



(9) Cool the rabdi completely, now add sitafal pulp and mix well.



(10) Also, add few chopped nuts and mix well.



(11) Finally, enjoy Sitafal Rabdi chilled topped with kesar and nuts.

🌴 Notes:

• Firstly, adjust the sweetness of rabdi depending on the sweetness of sitafal.

• Also, make sure to add the sitafal once the rabdi has cooled completely.

• Additionally, i have not added cardamom as the flavour of kesar will be lost.

• Finally, Sitafal Rabdi can also be frozen in the ice cream mould to make Sitafal Ice Cream or Sitafal Kulfi.
