How to make Muskmelon Juice | Kharbuja Juice | Kirni Palam at home ?

You don't need to copy any tough recipe of Kharbuja Juice  because the recipe which I am going to share is very easy.

* Servings : 10 Servings

(This recipe will serve 10 servings. You can multiply the mesurements as per your requirement.)


🌴 Ingredients


• 1 muskmelon / rockmelon

• ¼ cup sabudana, soaked

• 3 cup water, for boiling

• 3 cup milk

• ¼ cup custard powder

• ¼ cup sugar

• 2 tbsp sabja seeds, soaked

• 2 tbsp cashew, chopped

• 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped

• 2 tbsp badam, chopped

• 2 tbsp dates, chopped



🌴 Instructions


🌺 How to make Kharbuja Juice with step-by-step photos:

(1) Firstly, chop 1 muskmelon / rockmelon into pieces.


(2) Transfer the melon to into the blender and grind it to smooth juice. keep aside.


(3) In a pan take ¼ cup sabudana and 3 cup water.


(4) Stir and boil for 5 minutes or until the sabudana softens.


(5) Drain off the sabudana pearls and keep them aside.


(6) In a large bowl take 3 cup water and ¼ cup custard powder.


(7) Whisk and mix well making sure everything is well combined.


(8) Transfer the custard milk mixture and cook well.


(9) Continue to cook until the mixture thickens.


(10) Further, add ¼ cup sugar and mix well. custard milk is ready.


(11) Cool completely and transfer the custard milk to a large bowl.


(12) Add prepared muskmelon juice.


(13) Also, add 2 tbsp sabja seeds, and boiled sabudana.


(14) Also add 2 tbsp cashew, 2 tbsp pistachios, 2 tbsp badam, and 2 tbsp dates.


(15) Mix well making sure everything is well combined.


(16) Chill the sharbat and finally, enjoy the muskmelon sharbat.

🌴 Notes:

• Firstly, adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the muskmelon.

• Also, adding sabudana and sabja gives a nice jelly texture to the sharbat.

• Additionally, adding nuts gives crunchiness to the milkshake.

• Finally, you can also top the muskmelon sharbat with a scoop of ice cream.
