๐ด Ingredients
๐นFor homemade jal jeera powder:
• 2 tbsp cumin
• 2 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp black salt
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp ginger powder
• 2 tbsp amchur powder
• 2 tbsp sugar
๐นFor drink:
• 3 tbsp mint
• 2 tbsp coriander
• ¾ tsp jal jeera powder
• ice cubes
• lemon slices
๐ด Instructions
❤️ How to Make Jaljeera with Step-by-step photos :
(1) Firstly, in a pan take 2 tbsp cumin and roast on low flame.
(2) Roast until the cumin turns aromatic and golden brown.
(3) Also, add 2 tsp pepper and continue to roast on low flame until it turns aromatic.
(4) Cool completely, and transfer to the mixer jar.
(5) Add 2 tbsp black salt, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp ginger powder, 2 tbsp amchur powder and 2 tbsp sugar.
(6) Grind to fine powder and Homemade Jal Jeera Powder is ready.
(7) To prepare pudina jal jeera drink, in mixer jar take 3 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander, ¾ tsp jal jeera powder and grind to fine paste.
(8) In a tall glass take a few ice cubes and pour in the prepared pudina jaleera drink mixture.
(9) Add in ice-cold water or soda and lemon slices.
(10) Finally, enjoy Jal Jeera Recipe garnished with mint.

๐ด Notes :
• Firstly, do not burn the cumin, make sure to roast it on low flame until it turns aromatic.
• Also, if you have access to the dried mint leaves, then make sure to add them while making powder.
• Additionally, you can use the homemade jaljeera Powder to sprinkle on chaats.
• Finally, Jal Jeera Recipe tastes great when served cold.
