You don't need to copy any tough recipe of good night drinks because the recipe which I am going to share is very easy.

(This recipe will serve 4 servings. You can multiply the mesurements as per your requirement.)
🌴 Ingredients
❤️ For almond milk:
• ½ cup almond / badam
• water, for soaking
• 1 dates, pitted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 cup water
❤️ For banana tea:
• 3 cup water
• 1 banana, cut sides
• ½ inch cinnamon
• 3 pods cardamooil
❤️ For golden milk:
• 2 cup milk
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• ¼ tsp pepper
• ½ inch ginger, grated
• ½ inch cinnamon
• ½ tsp coconut oil
❤️ For nutmeg tea:
• 3 cup water
• ½ tsp jaiphal / nutmeg, grated
• 2 inch cinnamon
• 3 pods cardamom

🌺 How to make best drink for sleep with step by step photo:
🍹[1] How to make almond milk:
(1) Firstly, in a bowl soak ½ cup almond for at least 4 hours. soaking almonds helps in easier digestion.
(2) Now drain off the water and transfer it to the mixer jar.
(3) Add 1 dates, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp salt and 2 cup water.
(4) Blend to smooth paste.
(5) Now extract the milk by squeezing the milk from almonds.
(6) Finally, enjoy almond milk before going to bed as it promotes good sleep.
🍹 How to make banana tea:
(1) Firstly, in a large saucepan take 3 cup water, 1 banana, ½ inch cinnamon and 3 pods of cardamom. make sure to cut the sides of banana.
(2) boil for 5 minutes or until the banana softens and flavours are infused.
(3) Finally, enjoy banana tea before going to bed as it acts as a relaxing tea. you can also eat the boiled banana or use to make a pancake.
🍹 How to make golden milk or turmeric milk:
(1) Firstly, in a saucepan take 2 cup milk.
(2) Add ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp pepper, ½ inch ginger and ½ inch cinnamon.
(3) Stir and get to a boil. make sure to add pepper along with turmeric, as it helps to absorb curcumin from turmeric.
(4) Once the milk comes to a boil, add ½ tsp coconut oil and mix well. coconut oil, will help in digestion and also be light to the body.
(5) Finally, filter out and enjoy turmeric milk or golden milk as it is a healing drink.
🍹 How to make nutmeg tea:
(1) Firstly, in a large saucepan take 3 cup water.
(2) Add by grating ½ tsp jaiphal, 2 inch cinnamon and 3 pods cardamom.
(3) Boil for 5 minutes or until the flavours are infused.
(4) Finally, filter out and enjoy nutmeg tea as it relieves pain and soothes indigestion.
🌴 Notes:
• Firstly, you can mix and match with spices to increase the benefits.
• Also, boil on medium flame to absorb all the flavours.
• Additionally, make sure to drink atleast 2 hours before going to bed as you may wake up for urine.
• Finally, sleep drink is good as it relaxes the body and helps to improve sleep.
