How to make Szechuan Sauce at Home?




Today I am going to share a special recipe for food lovers. This Szechuan Sauce  tastes best with all type of breads whenever you make & it will always make you win your feeder's heart...

You don't need to copy any tough recipe of 
Szechuan Sauce  because the recipe which I am going to share is very easy.

So let's start, 

☆ Ingredient required are mentioned below:

*1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

*2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar

*1 tablespoon cornstarch

*1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

*1 tablespoon rice vinegar

* 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder

   (Chinese five spice powder:
                   Five Spice Powder is a blend of cinnamon, cloves, fennel, star anise, and Szechwan peppercorns.)

*1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

*1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

*1/2 teaspoon ground ginger



☆ Step-by-Step procedure of Szechuan Sauce :

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until
combined. Taste, and adjust seasonings as
needed.

2. Use immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed
container for up to 4 days.


☆ Important tips:

● Transfer the Szechuan Sauce to an airtight container.
● Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2-3 months for the best use.
