How to use Raw Mango in 4 New ways ?
Today I am going to share a special recipe made using Raw Mango. This 4 New type of recipes only takes few mins. & gives best taste to the plate.
You don't need to follow any tough recipe because the recipe which I am going to share is very easy.

So let's start,
■ Ingredients ::-----
(1) Raw Mango Thecha :
• Raw mango - 1 small (grated)
• Green chilies - 6-7
• Garlic - 6 cloves
• Peanuts - 2 tbsp (roasted)
• Salt - to taste
• Oil - 1 tbsp
☆ Instructions :
1. Roast green chilies and garlic in oil until
slightly charred.
2. Crush them with grated mango, roasted
peanuts, and salt using a mortar-pestle or mixie.
3. Serve with bhakri or dal-chawal.
(2) Raw Mango Rasam :
• Raw mango - 1 (peeled, chopped)
• Toor dal - 4 cup (boiled)
• Tomato - 1 (optional)
• Turmeric, red chili powder - tsp
• Rasam powder - 1 tsp

• Mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing - for tempering
• Coriander - for garnish
• Salt - to taste
☆ Instructions :
1. Boil raw mango till soft and mash into pulp.
2. Add cooked dal, spices, and rasam powder.
Simmer with water.
3. Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves, and hing.
4. Garnish and serve hot with rice.
(3) Raw Mango Chutney :
• Raw mango - 1 (peeled & chopped)
• Mint leaves - ½ cup
• Green chilies - 2
• Garlic - 2 cloves (optional)
• Salt - to taste
• Roasted cumin-½ tsp
☆ Instructions :
1. Blend mango, mint, chilies, garlic, cumin, and salt with little water.
2. Serve chilled with paratha, chaat, or pakoras.
(4) Raw Mango Aam Panna :
• Raw mango - 2 medium (boiled)
• Jaggery - ½ cup (or sugar)
• Roasted cumin - 1 tsp
• Black salt - ½ tsp
• Mint leaves - a few
• Water - 3-4 cups
☆ Instructions :
1. Pressure cook mangoes and remove pulp.
2. Blend with jaggery, mint, salt, cumin.
3. Mix with chilled water and serve over ice.
