How to make Garam Masala at Home?
Today I am going to share a secret recipe to make delicious and tasty GARAM Masala at home which will add a good taste to the food whenever you make & it will always make you win your feeder's heart...
You don't need to copy any tough recipe of Garam Masala because the recipe which I am going to share is very easy.

☆ Ingredient required are mentioned below:
* 2 tbsp coriander seeds
* 1 tbsp cumin seeds
* 1 tbsp black peppercorns
* 1 tbsp green cardamom pods (or 1.5 tsp shelled)
*1 tsp cloves
* 1 small piece of cinnamon stick (about 2 inches)
* 1 tsp fennel seeds (optional, for a sweet note)
* 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (or 1 whole nutmeg grated)
* 2 bay leaves
* 1–2 dried red chilies (optional, for mild heat)
☆ Instructions / Procedure to make Garam Masala :
1) Dry roast all whole spices (except nutmeg) in a pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
2) Let the spices cool completely.
3) Transfer to a spice grinder or coffee grinder and grind into a fine powder.
4) Add grated nutmeg and mix well.
☆ Instructions tips:
● Transfer the masala to an airtight container.
● Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2-3 months for the best flavor.
● Always use a clean, dry spoon to scoop out the masala to prevent spoiling of masala.
